June 12, What happened?

I’m 23 Hooraayyy!!

It’s my birthday, last June 12 it was.

What are the challenges that came to me that day?

It was my Birthday and I’m sick. Yes, I was, I don’t even have money in my pocket too! Whew! what a day. But what’s the catch? Well, I’m happy why? Because I have friends who care and loves me, I have my family who never forget that on that day I am celebrating my birthday. Though they are far away from me, I still can feel their hugs, kisses and love thru their text messages. And I have my husband who loves me like I love him.

Above all I have God in my heart! A God that never fails to show His love to me. That day I learned another lesson from Him. It’s the lesson of love. Having those people that surrounds you with love and envelopes you with their care is more important than money.

My birthday is one happy day! A day i can say unforgettable.

Fresh Flowers from My Husband on Father’s day!

Should I be the one giving him flowers? Hehehehe well, in my entire life honestly yesterday was the first day I received flowers…Huhuhuhu I was really touched! Really!

Father’s day huh! Honestly it never came to me to think about my father. I don’t know, maybe because he was gone for soooo long in my life. I’m not a bad person, still he was my father. Well, if I had reasons to be happy because of him I think it would be because he gave me life in this world.

Anyways, don’t want to talk about it that long. Yesterday, we were trudging our way going to the church when I happen to glance at the flowers and in my surprise my husband picked one and bought it for me. I was really happy, very much! I was so surprise. We continued to trudge our way to the church until we reached the adoration chapel. There we prayed together. God is really good for always Being there for us all.

I’m so thankful He gave a husband whose heart is filled with so much love and care for me. Thanks God and thanks Teddy!

Nothin’s gonna stop us!

Yes, nothing’s gonna stop us! Another day again, we surpassed past trials and we are continuously moving on. Today is our 11th Monthsary, June 11, 2008. I celebrate! Yes I do, and we! both of us! Me and my husband, we’re both happy to be together.

This life has never been empty because we both exist. Thanks God for always giving us blessings and trials! We grow! We live and we conquer!

My Teddy Happy 11th Monthsary to you! I know that time will make us grow more stronger. More happy and more lucky! I’m lucky for having you in my life! I know you are too! Let’s celebrate! Our love! My Love! I love you so much!

Cheers for me! My birthday is coming!!! Yes I’m on top of the world! I am and I am…Why? Because I’m standing still. Holding on, breathing, laughing, crying, walking, writing and talking! Years had passed, I know I will not last that long but I’m happy another year will be added to it. Another chance, to survive and wrestle the world!

It’s amazing how life was wonderfully created by God. It’s also amazing how he designed us with courage, strength and choices. Choices to live and feel the very essence of life. He gave us eyes to see the colors and fill it inside our hearts. Smell the fragrance of the path of our destiny. Feelings to feel the soft and gentle moments of life at the same time the roughs and toughs. He gave us time to live it with purpose for no one knows what time can bring maybe a new beginning or an end. The strength and courage to face everything bravely and also the weaknesses to know that we have limits and we need not to be alone. We need others in our lives.

I’m stupid to say that I never hated myself and my life. Of course I do hate myself and my life sometimes. Why? because we people had no contentment that’s one of the reasons but not the main. It’s just that I’m being pressured by time and other people around me. It’s because I’ m being the real me.Sometimes I get too tired of their blames and I’m getting dumb and numb. I don’t want hearing it anymore. Sometimes I’m thinking I wanted to go to an end and just die. I’m a very loving, caring and understanding person. But when it comes to trust and respect just don’t challenge me. Once you’ve already ruined this two don’t expect to see me again. It’s better we don’t talk and see each other. It just hurts that people are so dumb not knowing they’re already hurting someone.

I can manage to be alone than by having this kind of people around me. I get tired, bored and angry. When I got married the thought of loving and giving my full support to this person is the number one priority in my life and this never changed. I do really love my husband. The only thing I can’t take is his family. They seem to be like people with their own worlds. People who are good at hurting someone.Even their own sons and daughters, own brothers and sisters. I really wanted to get out of this maze and trap. However I need to save the love of my life. With this there’s nothing I can do but to become slave of these people. I really hate this but because of love I will continue my purpose.

With my family, I really love them so much, nobody could ever replace them in the world they are the best! That’s why I grew to up this way, because of them I am a wonderful person. I know that. I know I have a different heart than this stupid people. I’m very proud to have my family. A family I can say a measure of true love, hope and happiness.

For my birthday I celebrate and I thank God above all for all of the things that happened to me. Those things brought me here! I am turning 23. Hoping this life will be spent in a purpose. I love life though I hate it a little.

Emo Day!

Weeeee! Time to get drunk of emotions…:)

At last I’m writing here again. Well, today is the day, another new day, challenging, exciting, scarry!!, funny, happy! Last July 11, 2007 was the day I can say “unforgettable”. That was the moment when I said “I do” to the person who changed my life. My husband “Teddy”. And today is May 11, 2008, Mother’s Day and at the same time the 10th month of our being together (Me and Teddy). Having Teddy in my life is a very big blessing!

They say, sometimes God takes away something from you because he wants to replace it with something that is more better. Last October I lost my job, because I resigned. But on that very moment I never realized God had already replaced it with a very, very wonderful gift. “Teddy Fritz”. He came into my life and supported me with everything. With him I can always be myself with no pretense. I feel so comfortable and safe in his side. I never felt I’m alone, though sometimes we had some struggles and trials in our relationship but we manage to make it more stronger and stronger everyday. For me he was the best and I didn’t feel I lost something. I really thank God for this gift.

My family, I’m very much blessed with my family. My mom is very, very supportive of me. A very, very understanding person that had become the part of my life. I can never say anything negative about her. She’s very precious. No one and nobody could ever replace her in my life. She never fails to let me realize I am a wonderful person I have a purpose in this world. God loves me. Indeed, she was the best Mom of the world! Happy Mother’s day Mom. You’re the best!

What a Day!

Whew! Busy life is an exciting life! I am into writing…a story from my husband’s creative mind. Hehehe! I really love this guy!Hope this story will become a success..I’ll post that story here soon!

Am I a Living Zombie?

I’m getting worried about the thing that I’m in experience for a year. It’s getting worst. I would usually wake up but can’t talk, roll over, lift a hand, call out, breathe deeply and even open up my eyelids to see. It feels like someone is taking my breath away, my heart and brain is being squeezed and my jaw tightens and usually it feels like my teeth are all going to fall. I can’t even make any single movement. This usually happens when I sleep. I feel so horrified, what if I won’t be able to go back anymore. What if I can’t make it… It’s like death coming into you.

With these things I tried searching on the web for answers because this is the fastest way I could find it. Good thing we had this resource at home. I then found out that it was “Sleep Paralysis” associated with Narcolepsy.

About narcolepsy

Narcolepsy is a chronic central nervous system (CNS) disorder that causes patients to suddenly fall asleep, often at unexpected moments. The sleep disorder is the result of a malfunction in the brain that prevents the proper regulation of sleep-wake cycles. Patients with narcolepsy feel drowsy much of the time and generally find it difficult to remain awake for extended periods. Though they do not sleep more often than other people do, their bodies are unable to properly control the normal boundaries between sleeping and waking. Narcolepsy can be hazardous if a patient falls asleep while driving or climbing stairs. There are four stages of non-rapid eye movement sleep that progress from light to deep. Following these stages is rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, a stage in which a person’s muscles are temporarily paralyzed and dreaming occurs. Initially, brain waves slow down for an hour or two before brain activity picks up again, leading to REM sleep. People who are asleep typically alternate between non-REM sleep and REM sleep throughout the night. In contrast, people with narcolepsy quickly fall into REM sleep, often at unexpected moments. They also experience symptoms that occur in most people at other times of the sleep cycle. These include a relaxation of muscle tone (cataplexy), a temporary inability to move (sleep paralysis) and intense dreaming. People with narcolepsy may also have other sleep disorders such as sleepwalking and/or mood disorders such as depression. Patients may go many years before realizing that they have developed narcolepsy. They accept the daytime drowsiness as a part of life, not realizing it may be a more serious condition. Many do not seek treatment until other more disturbing symptoms such as cataplexy appear. Narcolepsy is incurable. However, effective forms of treatment can help patients to control their symptoms and to live full lives.

What is Obstructive Sleep Apnea?

The most common kind of sleep apnea is called Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome. Sleep apnea means “cessation of breath.” It is characterized by repetitive episodes of upper airway obstruction that occur during sleep, usually associated with a reduction in blood oxygen saturation. In other words, the airway becomes obstructed at several possible sites. The upper airway can be obstructed by excess tissue in the airway, large tonsils, a large tongue and usually includes the airway muscles relaxing and collapsing when asleep. Another site of obstruction can be the nasal passages. Sometimes the structure of the jaw and airway can be a factor in sleep apnea.

What are the symptoms?

• excessive daytime sleepiness
• frequent episodes of obstructed breathing during sleep. (The patient may be unaware of this symptom — usually the bed partner is extremely aware of this).

Hmnnnn.. I’m just wondering why spider isn’t included in the list. Some phobia maybe…Anyways we got one in our Comfort Room. The thing would always approach you as hospitable as it could. It watches you when you take your bath, when you pee and pooopooo…Oh my Gosh! I’m just wondering if it’s a girl or a boy. With eight eyes waaaaaaa… poor me. It had seen all of my angles then… It keeps on growing up. And last night while I was surfing the net. I discovered, it was a Killer Spider!!!! So Scarryyy! I won’t get inside the CR again!!!

Just Checking

I was checking my blogs today. I am with my husband and we were doing some sidelines. Sort of sound editing. We were using a Sony software for it. Through this software you can merge songs, cut it in the middle, make it a background while your having a narration etc. It’s an exciting tool to use. We were here at Iloilo Montessori School.

Good thing they have internet connection and I got hooked. Hehehe thanks!
